I love the brand Brandy Melville but after my online shopping experience I will never shop there again. I ordered the kate tank and the johanna flag tee in white.

The shipping costs were 12 bucks, that it bad enough, but when almost a week later, I had never even received a shipping confirmation or a tracking code, I was worried. Tried for two days to get ahold of the customer service line which just rang and rang until finally a nice guy helped me out and emailed me my tracking info, which said my package had just been processed and STILL had not shipped, 6 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT. Finally, I received my package, I was ready to forget the whole ordeal and just be happy about my new Brandy clothes. Guess what?

One of the items was wrong!! I called about it and the customer service rep's answer was becuase it was the same item of a different color, it was somehow OK to just switch it out without even asking let alone notifying me, who had already paid for the *** thing. Wow. I said that was NOT OK.

He tells me what I wanted is out of stock and my only option is to send back the wrong one for a refund on my own dime. After 12 dollars shipping, and ten days waiting, and no shipping/tracking info?? Sorry but no way, I earned this t shirt and I am not waiting another week and a half just to get reimbursed for their mistake. I asked it I could get reimursed or at the very least a coupon code for my next order.

"We don't have any coupon codes," was the sales reps pitiful response. What a MESS. I have posted this to their Facebook, and emailed customer service and no response, no apology, no nothing. I spoke with a boutique who orders wholesale from them and even has experienced the same problems!!

What the heck is wrong with this company??? DO NOT order online from them!

I hate to break it to you but usually anywhere you go in store, be it mall or boutique, employee's cant give you anything on the mannequins regardless if it's the last item or not. They could get potentially fired, so of course when you ask them for it they refuse.

I've worked multiple retail jobs and not once have I ever been allowed to comply with a request to take the clothes off the mannequin. That's the look the store wants to portray and they are there for a reason.

Having a terrible time purchasing 2 items in Brandy Melville square one store. yes I said purchasing.

Both items are last ones left and on display. Being told by associates in store that they can't sell them to me. Seriously!!!!! Another customer has just come up asking to purchase another item and she is being given the same lame excuse.

Store manager Kayla Ciolczynski was not in however when she was contacted by her employees she told them they would be fired if they sold the displays.

After asKing to get a head office number I was given the queen street store # which did not help.

I them contacted the US customer service line and after having my call dropped spoke to someone who explained to me that the Canadian franchise stores can make up their own rules ..........are you kidding me? I guess if you are shopping Brandy Melville in Canada beware products that are priced may NOT be available for purchase.

Wow business must really be good to not want to sell your wares.

I would love the name of the franchisee to insure this individual never has a stake in my business. Retail is about buying and selling. I look forward to the day this franchisee is stripped of the privilege to represent this or any retail brand in Canada.

This truly is not about the $69 total for these two items. It's about confidence in your brand. You have given me none.

Kudos to the employee who finally after one hour of painstaking negotiation exercised great business sense (even at the risk of losing her job)and sold me the two items.

I just ordered a red sachi halter and red rose floral print remi shorts on thursday evening. My order still has not shipped yet.

I went back on the site hoping my items were still in stock so i knew i would be getting the right ones. I find out my shorts are no longer available.

Does this mean they will try to send me a different pair or is it possible that i bought the last ones? Help.

I ordered a package a month ago online, and I still havent even received a shipping confirmation email, let alone the package, only an order confirmation. Then, when I emailed them, I got an email back saying it would take 24-48 hours to respond. Now, it's been 80+ hours and still no email, and when I went onto their website for a live chat, no one was online even though it said they were available for live chats Mon-Fri 8 AM-5 PM !!!

Your lucky you even got an item! One time I ordered a bunch of jewelry from them and a backpack, back when I was starting school and I waited forever for it to come in not only that their customer service sucks they don't answer emails barely answer calls and it's just seriously pathetic.

So when I FINALLY got my shipment my backpack wasn't there:| I called them too see if they were maybe shipping it separately and they told me the bag I ordered was out of stock.

They didn't notify me about this before hand or anything. It pissed me off and I swore I would never order from them again but it's hard to resist especially because there are no brandys in my state:/

I think some of you need to calm down especially about shipping rates and processing. You are TOLD beforehand how much you will be paying with shipping, so stop acting like it's a massive shock when you are the ones that either ignore it, or continue to shop there and dislike their rates.

I've never had an unpleasant experience at brandy melville. Ever.

Shipping time takes time sometimes, especially where you live. I live in Canada and ordered one thing online, it took less than 5 days including shipping time to arrive at my door. It was very quick, speedy and efficient service.

But I honestly prefer to shop at the actual store. People here are a lot nicer. I've never had any employee act rude or unfriendly towards me. I don't know why people even make a big deal about it.

If you're the upset with how people treat you, than report to their managers. No company wants to have unpleasant people working for them.

I honestly can't believe how ridiculous some of you are.

Grow up. And if you clearly don't like the business, don't shop there!

You probably work for them and that's why you're saying this. It is very frustrating waiting a month or so for just a confirmation code, not even the shipment itself.

I have also had plenty experience in retail and anyone who

i recently just purchased a top from Brandy and got no shipping confirmation, which i wasnt happy about and also the very expensive shipping turned me off. Probably won't be ordering from them again.

I purchased a grey skirt for my daughter for Christmas and they sent a flowered skirt. I called and was told the grey one was no longer in stock and that I ordered the wrong one so it was not their fault and I had to pay to ship it back.

I never even saw the flowered skirt on the website and would not have even looked at it if I had. A spoke to the manager, Ashley, who was rude and unhelpful as well. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she said the only one above her was the owner Jessy who what in Europe.

So, basically, after spending over $500 at Brandy Melville over the last 6 months they would rather loose a customer than provide a shipping label for THEIR shipping error. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had terrible service at Brandy Melville SF, the employees were so rude and offered no help. Seriously, their clothing is pretty poorly made with threads hanging off everything, it's just not worth it. Go shop at Free People or Urban Outfitters.

I think brandy melville has changed their website or done something because the customer services is great. As soon as I ordered a email was sent to me and when it was shipped another email was sent. So far so good!

Its my first time shopping online at brandy melville and everything has gone good so far. They sent me an email and everything saying where it is and that its on its way so no complaints so far
