I ordered 2 items online. It took a week to process and a week to ship.
Then my package gets here, with one of the items ***. I call customer service and they say that they will refund me the jacket that was missing, not that they would ship it to me. The jacket is no longer on the online store, so I don't even get an opportunity to repurchase.
The woman I talked to from customer service had an attitude and spoke like 3 words to me. Extremely pissed that it took so long for my purchases to get to me, with one of them missing, and NO offer to send me what I thought I would be receiving.
