I totally agree about their customer service. They definitely don't make it easy.
I called the 310-458-**** and it just rings and then disconnects. If the last person's review didn't have the 310-773-**** number listed, I would have never spoken with anyone. They don't even put a phone# on their return form. Also, they don't make it easy for returns.
They only accept refunds within 30 days and will only issue a store credit after that time. I really can't think of another store that I have purchased from that does that. They always refund your money. My daughter decided too late that she didn't like her shirt for Christmas.
We don't have a store near us so we have to pay to send it back.
I just don't like the overall feel of this store. Their attitude is take it or leave it and they don't care.
