Ordered online a top ( a second one) because we liked the fit of the first one. When received, the shirt was cropped more than the first.

We asked online to send us a return label so we could send back. We were willing to either take credit or try another shirt, but online manager refused to help us. We know the quality of Brandy merchandise is subpar but now we know the service is as well. I will never have my daughters shop this brand again.

I would rather pay more for quality and for service! Very displeased, but than again by the looks of this Review site, so are many others.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
