This online store is horrible.I ordered items over 4 weeks ago and they sent one item 2 days ago and it is wrong.
they have disabled their chat line, won't answer their customer service line and keep sending a form letter via email. So I was charged the FULL amount on my paypal and they haven't sent the correct items and I cannot get a hold of anyone to rectify the issue. Frustrating and angry does not begin to state how I feel. Not to mention my daughters wanted their items for a dance and as you can guess they won't get the items in time.
How can a store like this stay in business?
If you can't fulfill orders then don't have an online presence.I HATE BRANDY MELVILLE and will NEVER shop online again.
