I recently ordered a sweater and jacket online and I received a completely different order, but the right receipt. I would send the clothes to the right person, but I received my receipt with what I ordered but did not actually receive the clothes I ordered.

I also live in California. I've seen in the comments and have heard from other sources that Brandy Melville does this quite often and that the customer service is not helpful with these issues. I either want my order or my money back and I am not willing to pay for shipping for a mistake that I did not make.

Does Brandy Melville typically fix these issues? Will I have to pay to ship back the clothes?

We received a sweater and a jacket that we did not order! I definitely don’t want to pay to ship this back. Customer Service is not responsive.

I received a zip-up hoodie, a white tube top with a rose, and a striped t-shirt. Is that your order? They might have mixed up the orders.
